   Wife did FP on: 10/23/01 (scheduled for 11/09/01)

I called INS and spoke to an IIO. Was told that they received the FP from FBI and she did checked it with my WAC # ... I did not ask if it\'s system 1 or system 2 ..
 
My RD is 3/27 still waiting for approval

Yesterday, I called IIO. She said that my case is assign to officer, wait for another month.
 
The info you got from System 2 is after talking to IIO?

What is the IIO\'S responses? You should have got the approval by now, right?

Case was assigned to an office on Oct 26th.

Peter, how do you know that your case was assigned to the officer.

I did my FP on 08/24 and called INS & they said that my FP was received only on
10/18 though when I called FBI on 08/27 they said that they had sent it back. Is
it something to do with sytem 1 and system 2.

Did they specifically mention that the case has been assigned to office?

Will appreciate your response.

SPOUSE (DEPENDENT) GOT EAD,AP,FP. No clues about my FP notice from INS or Attorney.
 
My Attorney say they did send inquiries. Claim no feedback from INS.

I have not sent any inquiry myself. But talked to IIO, and they said they will let FP dept. know. If FP notice not already mailed, the FP dept. will take care. They suggest I should wait for my turn. But how long?????????????????????????????????????
