I-485 Applied without EAD and AP Chanign company after 180 days

Hi Guru\'s
     I am changing company after 180 days of 485 notice date, willit create any problem, i did not apply for EAD and AP. Should the new company process my H1 again or what else should be done. Is it going to create any problems.

You will need a H-1...

from your new employer. If you had EAD then you could have changed jobs rightaway (after 180 days), but I guess now you will have to wait for the receipt of the H-1 that your new employer should file on your behalf.
