Hi,
(1) CAn I continue to use the older Medical examination form and the boigraphiucal forms (325) along with the NEW I-485 forms?
(2) Do I need to fill the I-485 form for each family member ??

nothing has really changed on medical forms.
so you can use the same medical forms with new 485 app.

Please do remember that Medical Exams are valid for only 1 year.. Your vaccinations will be valid but you might have to go for a general checkup and get the form filled out again by an INS certified doctor. Please check with your lawyer

That is exactly my concern. My lawyer informed me that he
wishes to send out the 485 app without the medical examination,
as INS takes a long time to look at the applications.
If they open the application after a year then I may have to do
medical all over again.
My lawyer told me to send in the forms and wait for an RFE
from INS. Is that OK?

No that is not OK.. YOu need to do medical and send it along with your I485 application. With the current trend it looks like you will get your FP within 6 months and to do that they will need your medical. Why wait for an RFE from INS when it takes so long even without one. I think your lawyer is misguiding you and would suggest changing lawyers.
