I am an EB3 applicant with I-140 approved.
My attorney sent my I-485 application to Chicago, Citizen and Immigration Services instead of Texas Service center back in July 25th 2007. Now the application was returned stating that it was sent to a wrong place. My attorney is not sure how to proceed further?
Is it recommended to apply it again to Texas center with a letter stating that I filed it back in July 2007 when visa numbers were current (my priority date is Feb 2005).
Or is there any other option?
