I-485 application, please help

I am preparing my I-485 with TSC certer under EB2 catagory. I have several question to ask since the person from my company gave me different answer to compare with what I understand from Immigration website.
1) I had former Pratical training card A# which is 10 digits, on my I-140 approved notice I also have A# is different from the former one,only 9 digits, which one shall I use to fill in on my I-485 form?
2) Do I need to attach I-864 affdavit support, I am employment based EB2?
3) Do I need the explanation letter to apply for AP, I was told that INS don\'t need this letter anymore though the form still list this requirement?
4) Do I need the copy of passport?
5) Do I need the EAD signature card index finger prints, I was told INS right now don\'t request it, only the signature.
Please provide any input if you know the answer after you already file I-485 with TSC, Thanks.

Based on what my lawyer told me:
1. You need the A# from your I-140, not the old one from the EAD.
2. No, you do not need affidavit of support. Just need a current employment letter stating your salary.
3. Yes, you need explanation letter. But you can write somehting like that "i do not currently plan any trips abroad, but I am requesting the AP in case I need to travel for work, family emergency, etc.
4. Yes, you need a copy of all pages (even the blank ones) of all your passports, no double sided copies.
5. You need a copy of your old EAD card.
