I-485 Application at Rapidigm

Hi Rapidigmers,

I need to know some info from you friends:

(1) Under current circumstances, is Rapidigm submitting I-485 Application for consultants who are in bench ?

(2) If yes, how long are they taking to submit I-485 after I-140 is approved ?

This info will help me decide whether it is worth waiting in bench.

Please advise.

I heard that you guys get termination notice 2 weeks before hitting bench...

Wish you were not recruited by Anshu (Pitsburgh Office (HO))... he would terminate you and use your labor cert to recruit another person (so that he gets more commission (if you spent more than a year he would get only 1/2 of the commission that he would make on the spread, more over is spread would be reduced since you completed more than a year i.e salary Hike) and more "Fresh" referrals)...

Absence of response from Rapidigmers shows that very few participants from Rapidigm exist now !

I have a friend working for R***, and he curse his recruiters
everymorning, afternoon, evening, before sleeping...all the time.

You can understand how much he must be frustrated with his recruters
in that company. Guy is geniune, its not like he will complain for
every small things. But his managers sucked him to death. These
are true Vampires....you will believe when you get bitten.

Sorry for taking space of such a good site, but just to help guys
who can be prevented from bite!

I heard that Lew Wheeler & Ravi Amble wants to sell Rapidigm. Is it true. What will happen to those who filed Green Card thru Rapidigm.

Dead Wait man, have been waiting for more than 3 years to get G.C thru them, they screwed my case in every stage. I am surprised why still a lot of people wanted to join this company. My personal opinion I am not satisfied or happy working for them all these years.
