I-485 and I-94

Dear Friends,

My wife and my cases (I-485) were approved on OCt 15th and I have posted the detailed in this forums. My wife went overseas this month. We got passport stamped before she left. My question is that: does she need fill up the I-94 form in the airplane when she comes back? At the US customs, which passage should she use?

You need to fill I94 each time you enter the country even after I485 is approved. She should come in from the Green Card/Citizen section.

I don't think I-94 is required if entering as permanent resident.

Is one required to give up all the I-94 upon pp stamping? I thought no more I94 for PR.

No. US citizens, permanent residents and Canadian citizens entering in B-1/B-2 status do not need to fill out the I-94.
