I-485 and I-765 (HELP!)

Hi! i'm new in this forum.. i hope u guys could help me through this frustrating process.

Here's my timeline for my EAD (I-765)

ND - April, 27/07
Biometrics taken - May, 18/07

*since i took my biometrics, i didn't get any LUD from USCIS.. I don't know if I suppose to get it or not..

Here's my timeline for my GC ( I-485)


ND - April, 27/07
Biometrics taken - May, 18/07
LUD - May, 22/07 (saying that my case has been transferred to CSC)

*since then, i didn't get any LUD also.. I'm not sure if this is normal process or not..

I don't know when do i get my EAD.. because I really need it

NOTE: I applied this whole process with my attorney.. Is it why I didn't get any RFE from USCIS? because my attorney has it all?

go to your local INS Office

Go to your local INS office and they will give you EAD.
