I need some help,

What do I check on form I-485 question:
I am applying for an adjustment to permanent resident status because: ????

I am applying for my wife an mailing all the forms together as someone advised me before:

"Yes, basically. You also need the I-130. To summarize, you will file the I-130, I-485, I-765, and I-131. The I-864 and I-693 are required as part of the I-485. The G-325A for the beneficiary is needed as part of the I-485; AND since you are applying for a spouse, another G-325A for each of you will be needed for the I-130. Note that all of these things will be filed concurrently (organized appropriately in the same package).
but this question made me confused"

Also on form I-765 what should I put on item:
Which USCIS office: Date: Results(Granted or Denied-attache all documentation:
Considering that there is no disposition yet and I'm just filling all the forms.

Thanks.

If your wife is the intending immigrant who is applying for marriage-based green card and you are a US citizen, she must fill out the I-485, not you. And for that question "I am applying for an adjustment to permanent resident status because..." the correct choice is (a), unless she entered the US with a K1 visa in which case she would choose (c).

Also on form I-765 what should I put on item:
Which USCIS office: Date: Results(Granted or Denied-attache all documentation:
That question is only referring to any previous I-765 applications; it doesn't include the new application being filed.

Thanks.
I may have not explained well.
I am citizen and she is already here, she's been here on an expired visa, out of status. The form has her information, not mine, but she and I are unsure what to check. Option C would be if she wasn't here, right ?
