I-485 and Cp with two different I-140s?

Hi

I was wondering Is it possible to have I-485 pending with one application (I-140 OR ) and CP pending with the second application (I-140 NIW) at the same time? Both I-140 (NIW and OR) have been approved.

I did not OPT to Consular Processing on my I-140 NIW. And I know that, if I want to go to CP, I have to submit I-824. But, would that mean that I am abounding my I-485 (although I-485 is based on the approved I-140 OR, and is pending in VSC)?

Congrats on your approval..could you plss post your details for niw 140, like ND, /approval date/speciality area/FP..

API-140: December 2004
Research: cancer research, have papers, grants and one patent pending, working at the university.

Based on posts and forum here and at other sites like Murthy's site FAQ, i understand( could be wrong too) that one could file for one 1485 based on two 140 petitions, but i am not sure about if one could be thru CP.(plss refer question 12 at http://murthy.com/aosfaqs.html, & q 6,7 at http://murthy.com/niw_faq.html, i also read in the murthy chat specifically about filing 1485 thru 2 140s, plss refer to chat session probably last two/three month session.
