Can the period of 180 days pending from the Receipt date of I-485 include weekends/holidays or is it that the I-485 has to be pending for a period of 180 working days to consider filing AC-21??
i think it is 180 days...including weekends...as long as it does not say 180 "business" days i would take it to mean just that...days...including holidays.
