Hope some of u can shed light on the below situation:
My ND is March 2000 (VSC), EB2, and I also have an H-1. Based on the messages posted on this board it looks like I will get my GC in 1-2 months. Now if I get married in the meantime, I can bring my spouse to the U.S on a H-4. But it is very probable that I will get my GC *before* I can apply for her 485 or I-130. Does any one know what happens to her status in that case? (She is in the country on H-4, my H-1 is invalid because I got GC).
