I-485 Address Issue

I have got my Labor and I-140 approved from state X, I am about to file my I-485, at the same time I am going to move for new project to another state Y. In this situation, can I give state Y address in my I-485 application and start paying state Y taxes? Will it be a problem in future.

Is anybody on the same boat? I would appreciate any response regarding this.

I can suggest you two things.

1. Hold on to your I-485 filing,if you can, and don\'t file it till you move to your new state.
2. File your I-485 and then when you move to new state inform INS of your new address. This is also OK.
