I 485 about copy of nonimmigrant visa

Hi everyone
I have question of submit I-485 inital evidence

There is one item which is "copy of passport page with nonimmigrant visa"
"If you have obtained a nonimmigrant visa(s) from a U.S. Embassy or consulate abroad within last year, submit a photocopy(ies) of page(s) of your passport containing the visa(s) "

I am H-1 but I didn't have interview from outside USA. I get it in America.
So I think that is not from embassy or consulate.

But my first time entered USA with F-1 student Visa that is three years ago. Not within last year.

So which one should I submit with I-485??

You didn't get a visa from a consulate in the last year, so you don't provide a copy.
