My and spouse case is approved on 11/16 (received email and waiting for approval letters in mail). Dependant's (10yr old) case is not approved and no change in status or last update date.

This website is GREAT :) to share information and current approval/RFE trend
and other good information not available otherwise.

Labor Priority date - EB2 - Jan 2001 approved Jan 2003
I-140 - RD Feb 2003, AD June 2003
I-485 - RD Mar 8 2003, AD Nov 16 2004
FP1 - Sep 2003
No FP2
No RFE
2EAD's and 2AP's

wow. i am impressed with this case.

Eb2. and that too with single FP. now i can say comfortably that 2003 cases have indeed begun.

good news for 2003, not so much for 2002, but life goes on.

This may be a sign of good things to come for 2003 filers, especially Jan 03 filers...

Congrats !!! The imp thing i see in his case is

that its - EB2 and priority date is Jan 2002 .

So well i'm not convinced that we will see more 2003 cases unless its

EB1, EB2 or (EB3 with a early priority date (somewhere erly 2002 )) .

I was expecting 2nd FP because the 1st FP results will expire in Dec 04. It is approved in Nov 04 so there is no need/USCIS didn't ask for 2nd FP.

Sorry for typo in Priority date. It is January 2001 and not January 2002.
Labor took 2 years.
 
Does PD has main role

I have a feeling that most of the recent approvals have priority Date of 2001/2002. That may be reason for few 140/485 filed in 2004 are getting approved. Is it right?

My PD is 12/2002 on i-140 and filed my i-485 in May 2003. will i be effect in Jan 2005 becoz of EB3 ... how its works... I'm totaly confused...
