I-40 approved in July - but still same receipt message on case status that. I have a copy of approval notice with me.

Application Type: I140, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER

Current Status:

Your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received at this office on January xx , 2003. It is taking between 90 and 485 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.

I wish I was... :) If you already have a copy of approval - what do you care about that lame online message? The online system was noticed to be incorrect about a case status on numerous occasions.
 
I would call and have it checked, in case 140 officers check paper queue and 485 officers stare at e-queue. You never know.
 
What is this paper queue and e-queue & how it can be started . And also how do reach them as I read in the forum that call goes to NSC.

I am in the same boat but in NSC. My I140 was approved in Feb. 2002, the sace status on line is still the very begining message now. I called NCSC and was told that I don't have to warry about that. I am not sure I really don't need to care or just NCSC guessed. But any way, I dont know what to do.
