My I40 was approved on 11/23/2004. Will USCIS send actual approval notice to attorney and attorney send back this information to USCIS for I485 OR USCIS sends only information to attorney and update I485 record with Approval of I40? Can some one please enlight it ?
2ndly, My LCA was approved with salary about 79K. Since I40 has been approved based on this LCA, should I still maintain same salary or it does not matter after I40 approval?
