I-485 Approved !!!!!

Guys,

Just want to share the news to y'all. After seeing two LUD (see signature). This morning I received email from CRIS that my I-485 has been approved and card ordered. (family of 5 all approved). NO RFE NO INTERVIEW. Thanks for this forum.

Current Status:

On October 26, 2006, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.

If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision or advice from USCIS within the projected processing time frame*, please contact the National Customer Service Center.

National Customer Service Center (800) 375-5283.

I am from Philippines. Priority for Eb3 is 10/2002. And thanks.

Sorry don't know. I did not do anything only lawyer sent inquiry to USCIS to informed them that my application is now current. After that I saw LUD on 9/14/15/16/17 then stopped then 10/25/26. Then this morning i received 21 emails from CRIS.
 
Congratulations !!! Our RD dates are very similar, but luck is not on my side.

Update - Guys,

I just received mail from USCIS about our I-485, the letter says

'The above application has been approved.Prior to receiving your permanent resident card you may be required to report for biometrics processing (photo/fingerprint/signature). please do not take any action at this time.IF you are required to report for this processing, you will receive another notice advising you of the date.,time and location to appear.
If you have not received your permanent resident card or the above mentioned notice to appear for biometrics processing within 90 days, please call this office at the number listed below."

But online status says for me and spouse "after approving your application,we ordered you a new card etc etc.'

Do I have to worry about this? can someone please let me know if i need to do something. Thanks in advance.
 
I don't think you need to worry

Mine was approved on 10/26 too. I haven't even received the paper notice yet. There is deviation...

I think the words shown there are just some standard stuff. If you call the phone line you will hear that "you card is being produced. We will notify you if we need more info ...."

Relax.
