I-1485 approval

Hi,

I am waiting for my I-1485 approval. When I looked at http://www.murthy.com/visadate.html, I saw EB2/India processing date is 08 JAN 03 and When I look at https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/Processtimes.jsp?SeviceCenter=NSC, I saw processing date as 10 Aug 2006.

I am confused which dates to follow. Does anyone know what is the exact date which USCIS process the 485 applications, Is it VISA dates or Service Center dates.

Please let me know if anyone has ideas how the 485 processing dates work and when can I expect my 485 approval?

485 Applied : Jun, 2006 (No Last Update Date yet)

Jan 8th 2003 date means that people who have applied for labor cerfication in that category before Jan 8th 2003 can file I-485.

Aug 10th, 2006 refers to the date INS is processing I-485 for applicants applied on or before Aug 10th 2006

I got my green card approved and received it last week. I used AC21 and with no problems my case got approved.
