I-140NIW EB2 RD July 22th 2002. Still pending..

HI all,

As you may see from the title, my I140 is extremely slowly processed. I checked USCIS website which claims that I-140 NIW is processed to August 15th. ( I don't know which category though Eb1, 2 ,or 3?) Could anybody tell me what should I do now? Thanks so much!

The latest VSC processing dates show that they're only up to 08/15/02 for NIW applications. These are EB2 applications -- they are about 1 year further along with EB3 and EB2 non-NIW applications. They also won't do an inquiry until they are at least 30 days past your date, which they aren't quite yet.

I would wait until the next update / until they are at least up to 08/22/02 with their processing dates. Then try to get your lawyer / company to do an inquiry but I'd also take a look at the trackers and ask if anyone else is in the same boat.

Keep in mind that due to recent changes to the processing guidelines, it's possible that things could change...
