Hi,
I have this case. my friend is going to File I-140 from India, his case is EB3 Catagory.
My Questions.
1. If he is going to file I140 from India , can he concurrentely file 485?
2. If 140 Approval takes more than one year can he come back to US after 7 th ear and continue his 485?
3. If he files 140 , is it necessary to file 485 in India Only?

I-485 can be filed only if the applicant reside in USA. So you have to file I-140 with Consular option.

he concurrentely file 485.
2. if so his spouse is working here, can he include his spouse?

3. Any experiences in Counsler Processing in Chennai Cousulate
is helpful to him? Cos his case is EB3...
