Hi Guys,
Does anyone with ND Nov. still waiting for approval, I have seen two of Dec. cases got approved, but I am still waiting for approval!

what is your detail? EBI/ EB2/EB3 ? REF or not?

Please post the detail, it helps us to comfort each other at the moment. Do you have any ideas about the situation, why our cases are still pending?
 
I feel it is because we filed EB2

All approvals todate including Dec ones are EB 3...
SO my guess is that VSC is working on EB3 for now and once
they start EB2 our turn will come.

I think the approval have started now after a gap of about 2~3 weeks.

I hope everyone of you would get the approval...
 
EB3\'s usually get approved faster in 140.

As there is no problem of checking the job requirement and determining if it really needs an advanced degree and then looking at the petitioners experience and stuff.
   As our lawyers file our EB2 cases with new "tech buzz" words and responsibilities, I think they take their time to determine what the heck is that and why it needs an advanced degree!! And added to this the "progressive experience.." man you really stepped on the snail :)
