This is my query:
I have an already approved I-140 with a PD of 2003 from Company A. I also have another labor cert approved with Company B with PD 2001 with no I-140. Do I need to file another I-140, or could I use the I-140 from Company A when doing my I-485? Or rather would it matter really as long as I have maintained my H1B status with Company B.
