I Filled I-140 7 I-485 concerrently in Aug 2004,( RD For Bot is 9/8/2004)I Have received FP Notice for myself & My Wife, but My I-140 is not approved yet.Though USCIS Web site shows they processing the case for Jan7th 2005.
Does any one have the same situation? Is it normal to send FP Notice before approval of I-140?

I am in the same boat. Me and my wife done FP but no I140 approval yet.

This is my First Finger print, Does Usually USCIS Takes more than one fingerprints? How about kids? I read that they also require Biometric Finger prints? When they require?
