I am way before sending my I140 (my LC has not been approved yet), but I am curious: when filing for I140, a physician file as a "professional" or "advanced degree"? I am asking because the processing times really differ between both of them.
In my case I am a psychiatrist with no further training besides my residency and board certification.

physicians are EB2 (exceptional ability)
