Does anybody know how long is it taking to process I-140 in Nebraska, on the average?

It depend on the company. Few people I-140 get approved within three months Max time will be around 6 to 7 months.

I have been waiting since Oct 2003 and havent seen anything on my 140. So the max time of 6 to 7 mos is not right. I would refrain myself quoting max times.
