I-140 Withdrawal by employer - What happens after NOID

Hi Guys,

Just wondering, after successfully responding to NOID for I485 with AC21 documentation (with I140 withdrawn by employer and 485 pending more than 6 months.) - what happens to the old I140 ?

Is it reinstated to approved status?
