I-140 with request for duplicate LC

Does anyone know how long it will take to get approval for the I-140 if we request a duplicate LC ? Can we still use premium processing if we are requesting said duplicate ?

It takes 4 weeks once USCIS initiates the request. The question how much time USCIS takes to initiate request?
USCIS would not do a premium processing in such cases. You can try it. But they will send it back.
