I-140 when?

Hi guys,
Any july 2002 filers left under EB-3 category?

Everyone I know from EB-3 category with original LC has been approved.

Even EB2 and EB1 which are atleast 6 months late are approved too...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

EB1 or EB2?

I don't know whether mine is EB1 or EB2 ("Person of outstanding abilities"...or something like that .....sponsored by my company) - would appreciate if somebody here could clarify how this is classified per the INS scheme of E1-1 E2-1 etc.

...still waiting......although the online notification says 360 days......
