I got labor aproval last week and I just filled I - 140 by yesterday.
Can anybody tell about the waiting period for I - 140 at VSC ?

If yes hopefully it will be transferred to NSC.
There are no timelines yet for the transferred at NSC.

I got mine approved in 3 months.

140 receipt#

I am being substituted for a preapproved labor from Texas BEC.
They have applied 140and the lawyer has sent me i-140receipt # wich starts with "A" and has 9 numbers afetr it. I thought i-140receipt # starts with LIN or SRC and 10 numbers afterit.

Can someone know about this receipt numbering?
