Vemont is doing slow process. I have no idea abt this E11, E12, E13 etc..........Which category will come under Skilled worker?

Processing Dates and categories !!

Guys,
Now a days VSC is reporting the processing times with some codes and it appears to be some of us are having trouble to corelate them w/ EB category etc.

Its nice to see VSC is on the move again. We have seen some I-140 approvals from Sep/Oct and Hopefully VSC will put its magic to work, once again, and clear all backlogs soon

For I-140:
I-140 E21 is for EB2 : 5/31/2002
I-140 E31 is for EB3 : 6/05/2002

For EAD:
I-765 (C)(8) is for Asylum applicants :11/1/2002
I-765 (C)(9) is for I-485 pending Applicants : 11/2/2002

the category of EW3 on any other site (e.g. shusterman) has (Nurses: 7/17/2002) and not as 4/1/2002 if anyone is interested.

Hi All,

Do you think these dates are real or just some arbitrary dates. I have seen lot of I140 applicants in these forums whose reciepts dates are before 06/05 for EB3 category who still don't have approval.

My details are :

I140 - EB3 Substitute Labour
RD 06/05
ND 06/17

Do any of you think the labour subsitution is being treated seperatly than the regular ones.
