I-140(TSC) and 485(NSC)

Hi Guys,
my I-140 was filed in May 2007 in TSC . After the visa bullitein became current my company concurrently filed my I-140 and 485 from NSC center on June 26th, 2007. my question is where will my I-140 get processed? In TSC or NSC?

IF NSC will i have same petition number and date?

NSC to TSC

My files ended up in TSC even though they were sent to NSC.
I had a little over 2 months of approval. (EB3/Turkey)
