I 140 Tracking

My premium I 140 application was mailed to USCIS on 11/17/2006. I wonder how soon I should recieve a recipt number so I can track it online?
My lawyer says not for another week. I am not really convinced becasue I heared of Peole who got it in 3 days fromthe date they filed.
