Hi guys,

My lawyer called VSC today and she was told that case is assigned to officer.

How long does it take to get reply once case is assigned to officer.

May in Max 3-4 weeks.

When did u apply?. Any RFE?

Which Category?.

Did u applied for EAD/AP/485?.

Please reply ASAP

My case was applied in April 2002
EB3
MD 4/30/2002
NO EAD/485 Application.
I do not have RD othe dates.
Company is against giving all details.

Hi Hemal

Did you hear anything about your case?I am in a similar situation.My lawyer contacted the INS and they informed that the case is assigned to an officer.It's been two weeks now and haven't heard anything.
 
There is no regular pattern. My friend's I-140 was approved within 2 weeks after assigning case, but mine is still pending eventhough 3 months over (total 7 months pending)
