it's not a joke, what he said is true, 30-360 officially, but some takes more than 400 days. In my case, it's over 18 month. You may get lucky. Go figure!

BTW, one attorney told me after searching the AILA site, that VSC is processing October cases for EB2! (Funny, isn't it?)
