I-140 thru small company! Jim & Others please respond!

I wanted to know what are the chances of I-140 getting cleared thru a small company (IT Consulting) with 2 employees and around 200K turnover. We intend to apply at TSC. I have seen a lot of RFE\'s at TSC for company finances and hence am worried. I am on a longterm assignment at a Goverment agency (client), would a letter from a senior person of the Govt agency addressed to INS stating intent to utilize my consulting services on a long term basis help? It is advisable to include the company tax returns along with petition since we had only $200K turnover or is it better to send only in case of RFE?

Contracts would help to show the company\'s ability to pay

You really will need to work the whole situation out with the attorney who is assisting you with the I-140 filing but it should be possible if a good application is put together which shows the company\'s ability to pay the offered wage.

The company\'s size certainly raises issues and INS will likely question this aspect of the filing.
