I-140 taking 360-450 days

Hi,
My I-140 RD is 3/5/04 EB3.
When I got I-140 receipt, it said it is taking 360-360 days for processing.
On 14th April, status changed to 360-450 days.
My I-485 RD is 3/25/04.

I know some other people in the forum discussed about this change.
I just wanted to know if this is a general chnage for most of the applications or is it specific to my case, i.e
My application is semi-concurrent and due to new pilot program where they will adjucate con-current applications in 90 days, my I-140 date is pushed further.
I am assuming this change has not happend for con-current filed applications.

My I-140 is non-concurrent and the on-line tracker says the same (360-450 days) message for me too.

for me also 450 days, it is happening for non-concurrrent, semi-concurrent

Any Pure concurrent guys also have 450 days time frame ???

140 can take much longer

As of 5/15/2004, no movement for I-140 EB2, no movement for I-485

My guess is that they are putting staff to processing some lucky new I-140/485 now, old applications will suffer much longer now.

I-140 can take even longer than 450 days, I guess, if you do not fit into the lucky group

Ok, atleast this confusion is removed about only non-concurrent and semi-concurrent guys having 450 days time range.
Now, if you have got 450 days time range notice, does it mean that there is no chance of your getting into that lucky few.
Or BCIS has just increased time frames randomly on all I-140 applications.

My case (I-140) got touched on May 7, 2004 but nothing happened at all...

RFE for EAD
Fp done on May 7 2004.

No update for I-140.Same ND date in online.Not moved.For me also it is saying 360-450 days.

EAD,AP approved in Jan, 2004. FP was over on May 7th.

My I140 RD is sep 2 ,2003 concurrent filing.

Strange....my I140 was touched this May, and again touched on 06/16/2004...but the status remains the same....anyone has something similar???
