I-140 takes forever

Hi guys,

I really don’t know what I should do at this time. My 140 application is stuck at NSC for over 16 months. My attorney refused to submit enquiry for me coz of freezing process time (08/2003).

I guess people in NSC are working extremely hard to hold our cases back and also generating thousands of approving patterns (people from 2003 are still waiting while people from late 2004 are getting approved).
 
what's your ND. As you said 16 months, I assume your PD might be some where october or nov 2003. Wait for some more days else contact senator.

I totally understand your feeling. my case is not as much better as yours. i have been waiting for almost 15 months and everytime i check with my status online, it appears to me that it will never move. i think there is not much we can do but waiting.
 
guys

i think all you 03 filers from august 03-nov 03 should contact your respective senators or congressman and make your case with them. some one has to push these guys. they seem to have just forgotten about some 03 cases seems like.
 
Its sickening to see approvals that have PD and RD greater than mine. These NSC morons needs to be trained on basic numbering system

I got magic e mail today that my I-140 has been approved.
here is details:EB3
I-140/I-485/EAD/AP ND - 09/15/04
EAD & AP - AD . Mid dec not remember date
I-140 AD - 03/8/05
I-485??????? Retrogression Effect country.

Hey Steve please contact your local Senetor. Atleast your LUD will change
 
Congrats cmucherla,

Good to be so lucky. Also thanks to adding fuel to the fire for 2003 applicants. Hope such approvals would intimidate the 2003 applicants to gatecrash their respective senators' offices or homes.
