I-140 Status Inquiry Eb3 HELP

Hi Friends,

Any one whose I-140 is in 1-2 week of Jun2003, yet not got approved, Did any one did status Injuiry?????

please share ur opinion....

My Notice date on I-140 is 9-Jun-2003 , right now processing date for EB3 is Aug 06.
1) Can I call INS and ask them to do Status Inquiry for my I-140 ?
2) Is there any thing wrong in doing this ?
3) My Attorney says wait will ur 365 days. Shall I ?

ND July 6th EB3 cat VSC.

Just keeping fingers crossed..hoping that they will pick my case.

Let me know, calling BCIS will trigger my case ?.
