i-140 status info missing

Hi,

Before, we (me and husband) were able to check our I-140 status on the phone although they were not on the web.

However just last week, when we checked on the phone, the vermont number changed to an "800" number and both our I-140 status cannot be found. And it's still not on the web.

ND: 3/25/03

Does anyone have the same experience???

I am facing the same problem. My employer called BCIS last week and they said they will update it but never did. Will call them again next week.

I applied my I-140 on Mar 19,2003....

What is the 800 number to check for the I-140 status?
 
Missing status

Hi All,

I applied in April 2003.I was able to check the status on Phone but not on internet.I was little happy since phone status could atleast tell the application status.
But now both the phone status and online status doesnt show my application.

Pl let me know what is the next thing to.

I-140 File Missing

Hi All,

I have been trying to find out my status online and also on phone.
Until Few days back i could check the status of my file for I-140, EB2 on phone and not on the internet.
Now i could C both stating that " Your file no cant be found out"
Today i called BCIS and they say my file no is not found bcos of database problems or server problems and said its usally taking
360 days to process the file.
they dont have any info on my file.

Can someone throw more light on this pl.
