I-140 status for cases with ND on 06/25/04 (EAC04199XXXXX)

Update for series EAC04199xxxxx !!

Thanks GC4Ever. Seems not much is happening with our dates. I see lots of people get approved after out dates. I have asked my company guys to find out the status as processing dates has passed atleast 60 days. Hoping for the best.

not a good sign

I think the Person who is assigned with the ND of 06/25/2004 is sleeping on the cases. But anyhow one thing is for sure.... if we don't get approved before the Thanksgiving i 'm sure we r not going to hit it till Jan 2005.

Looks like we got to wait for a longer time. Don't know how many offer i can afford to miss just because of I140 approval. Anyhow thanks for the update and good luck.

Thanks GC4Ever. I see no change/update on my case. Seem to be weird when the cases with ND as late as Sep 2004 getting approved. Hope something happens and i can move forward with my plans. Anyhow good luck to you.

This is wierd.... when people as late as Oct 04 are getting approved, we with 06/25/04 see no sign of even being looked into. Don't know how VSC is really functioning. With this phase of approval i won't be surprised if our 140 approval comes along with 485 approval. will better be prepared for the worst.

Check VSC Dummies thread, it has detailed instructions to get 140 #'s, it will give all 140's and then you can run the scan for that day. You cannot differentiate between EB1/EB2/EB3/NIW 140 filers.
