Spoke with IIO at VSC. don;t know what she meant by...
But the file just barely made it to the I-140 department. Should have a decision very soon.

Could very soon mean another 6 months?

Does the VSC "F-1" incident is affecting the processing?

There has not be any, if any, approval for I140 on this board for more than a week.

And the EAC# stopped at -109-...
