I-140 second attempt list - Please post

Hello,
I thought I should start a new thread for people planning/ pending and approved second I-140... I would like to see how many people are like me who are applied their I-140 second time.

Is there any risk involved in this second attempt compared to the first attempt? Anyone got approved when they applied second time?

In which state did you get your 2nd labor cleared? Was it RIR? Please let us all know since I am planning to file a 2nd 140 application.

I would think it will depend why your first case was rejected.

In my case I left the company right after my I-140 was approved.

Could not re-use any of the priority dates or documents when I restarted the process with the current company.

Currently waiting the approval of my second I-140

Labor was from PA and it was Non-RIR. Hope this helps.

anybody else who are waiting for their second I-140 approvals?

Please let me know if there are any risks involved when you wait for the second I-140..
