I got a RFE

receit date july 14'2003
notice date july 16'2003.

this labour substitution and they need my expereinece letter showing that i have 2 years of experience before may'2000.

the labour req is 4 years degree and 2 years experience.

I have soken to my lawyer and he he said he didnt send the experience letters with I-140 application.

the reason is he didn like my experience letters.thats weird

That really is weird! What does your attorney mean by "did not like the experience letter".

Send him/ her an email and try to get an explanation. He may mean the wording in the letter is insufficient which may be possible but 'did not like it' is not an acceptable answer!
