I-140 RFE Users and Status...scary!!!

SavithriS: RFE?

I've also got Exp. RFE, they asked me to show Progressive.. exp. I kept all previuos exp. letter ( most of them all 1 page) and evaluated with morningside saying that Exp. letters are in progressive in nature..

No luck on approval so far..

9 businessdays passed.
 
Officer code

Hi All,

My RFE is about ability to pay. The officer code is NSC RTF EX277. Does it mean anything?, I mean how is this guy?

Well, I will try to relax and not check every 15 mins :).
What was your officed code CFiler?
Mine is same as Yuren's NSC/NQK - EX380 - therefore,
I will pobably have a loooong waaaitttt.

RFE Received at 3:30 pm
I-140 approval at 1:30 pm
I-485 approval at 3:45 pm
(central time zone - same as NSC)

So it looks like emails are sent out every 15 minutes but at no particular time.

mine is not yet replied. it's about edn eval and ability to pay. officer code is NSC/NQK - EX380. the reply likely to be mailed in first week of jul.

if the assumption about offr code is something to go by, looks like i'm also looking at a delayed decision.

My officer code was NSC/SNG104 which is the same as ayeupfatty's officer code. Both his and my applications were approved roughly a week later concurrently (140 and 485 on the same day). I do not know of anyone else with the same officer code. I guess we got lucky.
 
RFE On I-140 - any one got the same

Hi All,

I got RFE on my I-140. My lawyer explained me the RFE like this.

My Company is in IOWA. I am working in DALLAS.

RFE is : Why consultant is working in Dallas when the company located in IOWA.

Please let me know if any one got this type of RFE.

My lawyer reply to 140 RFE(Exp letters from previous employers prior to my labour date).I got exp and supprting letters from my previous employers.My lawyer also done the valuation by 3rd party and replied on 28th June.I got following mail from USCIS today.
On June 30, 2005, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 150 and 180 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.

It is it common?.I am really tense and eagerly waiting to see approval mail.

I think everyone got the same message after USCIS received our response to RFE. However, I have been waiting for over two months. No approval yet. You may not need to wait very long because yours is EB3. I saw several EB3 got approval very shortly. Good luck to all of us who are waiting for approval after RFE.
 
Thanks.Today also there is LUD for 140.I am hoping that it will get approved by end of next week.
 
Incase of EB2 progressive exp including raise in your salary aswell.I am hoping that you submitted all these in your evidence.
