Current Pattern:
LUD will change 4 working days after RFE submission. and one day PAUSE, next day approval (if it is simple RFE).

I think MMUKKAMALA user got approved in 5 days after replying RFE. Mine recieved by USCIS on 06/08/2005.

What's the officer code on your RFE, that's the last line on the RFE page, below Don's siganature. I am asking this because we have very similar pattern.

My Officer code was same as yours. Don't remember it exactly (think its NSC/NQK or something).
Has anyone tried calling NSC after the 60 days wait period?
 
Please send me a private message, and I let u join the club of persons processed by the same officer (NSC/NQK EX380), who process RFE responses more carefully than other officers.

Any one got this kind of RFE

Hello,
Mine is ability to pay and it also included "Please include the firm's most recent quarterly State Unemployment Compensation report, to include
the supplement that identifies all the employess by name and social security number", did any one of you all got this kind of RFE ("State Unemployment Compensation report")

CONGRATS on your 485 approval. Can't believe they are still approving EB3 cases. Enjoy the freedom.
 
Thanks FAQ. My lawyer was very surprised too. But they are still approving them for a couple more weeks, I got very lucky!

cfiler - no luck for me even today

I think my RFE may need more time to approve.. I've Ability to pay + Transcripts + Exp. letters..
For ability to pay, my company has provided a CFO letter (100+ employees)..
any thoughts on my case??

If they take a day for ability to pay + 1 day for transcripts + 1 day for exp. letters, It should approve by tomorrow..

Lets see.
 
The hardest part of your RFE is the ability to pay part and you are providing a letter from the CFO which is pretty much the same thing we did so I don't see why you wouldn't get approved. I'm sure you'll hear something very soon.

I'm not sure if you can go by times (although I wondered at first too).

RFE Sent came at 12:45 pm
RFE Received at 3:30 pm
I-140 approval at 1:30 pm
I-485 approval at 3:45 pm
(central time zone - same as NSC)

So it looks like emails are sent out every 15 minutes but at no particular time.
 
140 RFE on substitute labor

There was an RFE on my substitute labor - proof of experience. replied and approved in 3 days
