I-140 RFE on progressive experience

Anyone who has/had RFE on progressive experience. Please share some details here. Attorney told me to get detailed experience letters and then he will give it to some evaluator. Please give me some hints on what to appear on the letter to show progressive experience.

I had a progressive experience RFE, it is simple, get the all experience letter with gradually increase in the experience and make sure your job title is growing and should be same as in the labour application i think. That\'s all I did when I got this query and I got cleared in 7 days..so this is just formality..

What exactly was asked in your RFE?

Please post what exactly was mentioned in RFE for progressive experience.

I received an RFE as follows for my I140 EB2 (BS + 5yrs of experience):

Submit evidence to establish that beneficiary possesses the experience listed on the Form ETA 750

Do you think it\'s same as yours? \'cause I would like clarify if mine is for just experience or specifically for progressive experience.

mine was specific on progressive experience. But looks like they are the same if your ETA 750 has mentioned the word \'progressive\'. Did you already submit evidence ? Please share any details if you can. Thanks

I\'m planning to respond with the experience letter i\'ve already got...which practically should have been filed with I140 petition....I can\'t get the letters modified again as I\'m not in touch with my previous employers.
 
Don\'t worry

Don\'t be foolish. Don\'t submit the letters as they were filed initially.
Read thru my experience. The bottom line is "Old wine in a new bottle".
 
I had a query on "Progressive Experience". My lawyer asked me to get the experience letters from my previous employers.
No employer on earth, unless my uncle owns the company, would give such a letter similar to the one drafted by my lawyer and that to I was not in touch with anybody from my previous companies.
I told my lawyer that I certainly would not be able to get the letter as he drafted and told him that It will take three to four months time for the whole process.

He has done couple of things
1. Letter from the current employer explaining how has observed his employee\'s(mine) experience progressive in nature by mentioning about the previous projects and nature of the work now.
2. Done evaluation of experience with an independent (not you or your employer) consultant about progressive nature of your experience. There are many University professors would like to do such an evaluation for a fee of mere $500.

Thanks for the information. I am trying to get these letters from my 3 previous employers of which first two I hope I can get. So for the third and last one I guess I could possibly use item no.1 in your reply. Thanks once again.
 
Thanks again but one more question

When you did the evaluation of experience with the professors, what details did you give him ? like the letters you have + a resume ? please give me some info. I might land in the same place. I was confident of getting the letter again but getting some kick backs. So I might think of alternate ways too.
