Hello Gurus,
I have received a RFE from NSC. I have done 2 years of Bachelor's Degree from India and two years of Post Graduate Diploma on Management which is approved by Govt. of India and AICTE and recognized it as equivalent to MBA.
"Submit evidence that the alien obtained required Bachelors Degree before April 2007. You must provide a copy of the Diploma and the transcripts"
While I have approached the evaluation agency, they are not willing to evaluate the above degree equivalent to 4 years of US Bachelor's Degree. But they are saying they can evaluate it equivalent to 4 years of US Bachelors Degree if they combine my experience.
Please suggest the remedies. What are the possibilities of getting it approved or denial.
Shall greatly appreciate your advice. I am also under 7th year H1B extension. What should i do now.
