Did you update CPtracker and Instrack? When are you planning to check with NVC?

Chuck,
I have updated the Instrack. However, I have not enter my data into the CPtracker yet. I want to wait for my approval notice to make sure that the INS did indeed approved me for a CP as I asked. You just never know with them!

I keep checking NVC with my EAC number at (603) 334-0700 every day, however, so far there is nothing. I could see on the CPtrack that the exchange of info between VSC and NVC can take from 0-56 days or so. Let\'s hope that we do not have too wait to long! I am really getting tired of this process.

Congrats for case #. Did you talk to NVC Operator to create your case?
Was AVM updated for RD?

I called to check on my EAC # and was automatically connected to the officer. She told me my case number (MTL = Montreal), however I want to change it. My AVM is still not updated.
Your case should be done next week. You are just 4 days after me.

RFE Evidence Provided to VSC (proof of receipt of cerified mail): Oct 29th 2001.

Approved : Nov 9th 2001.

Guys, Thank you very much for your info, kept my hopes alive.
One more hurdle out of the way.Guys waiting for long time like me, happy moments for you soon as VSC is toooo fast.
