Today I got My I - 140 Approval.

I-140/485 - ND 04/03/2003
FP done May 20 th 2003
I-140 RFE issued - 02/12/2004
RFE respond sent - 05/03/2004
Rfe Received by INS - 05/05/2004( updated in web site 5/10/2004)
I-140 Approved - 05/14/2004 ( Updated web site and got mail on 05/17/2004)


2nd EAD, AP Applied March 16 th 2004

Rfe Details.
1. Company Ability to Pay
2. Company Tax returns for 2002
3. My w2 for 2002.

can u tell abt your cos 2002 net profit ? were u working in 2002 for that co ? how much 2002 w-2 salary u got ? how much salary on LC

My Company making profit from last 4 years..... for sure... how ever I don't know what is the amount each year.

Even though RFE asked for my 2002 W2, Attorney said we will submit 2002, 2003 w2's(attached all pay stubs too for 2002, 2003) and 2004 Jan to April Pay stubs


Coming to My salary,
in 2002 My w2 Amount is < LC wages ( by 20,000)
in 2003 My w2 Amount is < LC wages ( by15,000)

In Each year I took one month vacation , when you calculate accordingly , it comes to 10K difference in 2003.

In 2004, as of last 4 pay stubs I am geting paid @LC wages......

Attorney told that he drafted a letter with all these numbers, showing the increse in salary, and saying that right now I am paid @LC wages.....


This is What I am able to get information from my Attorney and Company......
I din't Get a chance to see the paper work my self.......

I belive, this is what they did.......

Yes, I am working for the Same Company, From before starting of the GC process.....

Yes, That was not in My control.....Thats is in Company's Control ......

Due to some reasons, it took time to send all req documents to Attorney......


What ever......Finally It got Approved......... :)

Yes, what a relief huh :) . I am also in similar boat. RFE was issued on Feb 6th. Lawyer replied on May2nd. INS website ack'ed on May5th, no result yet, just keeping my fingers crossed.
